Join our Dementia Friendly team, Colleen Cook and Rachel Lehnert at the Toby Wells YMCA. They will be conducting a training that is beneficial to all of Jewish Family Service volunteers.
In this interactive one-hour session you will learn:
- Common signs and symptoms of Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias
- What it is like to live with dementia
- Tips on communication with someone living with dementia
- How you can collectively take action to make San Diego County a more dementia-friendly region
