Description

Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, begins on Sunday night, September 25th (just as the sun sets). Sometimes Rosh Hashanah is called the “Birthday of the World”.  At its core, it is all about cleaning up things in your life so that you can start the new year with a fresh slate. The genius of the High Holidays (Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and the days between them) is that no matter what you believe or don’t believe, taking time each year to put forgiveness, repentance, and good deeds front and center is always a good idea.

Let’s get together for a 30-minute in-person New Year gathering that starts at 12 Noon on the JFS Multi-Purpose patio with traditional apples and honey providedWe will have greetings from our CEO, share delicious Apples & Honey treats and hear the sound of the Shofar (ram’s horn).
