We will start by taking a moment to express our thanks for being together. Then, through the symbolic foods, rituals, and customs of Passover, we will talk about how the Jewish people went from slavery to freedom. The Passover narrative is as old as the Bible itself and is a foundational story of our Jewish Family Service and the Jewish people. Some of us observe the Passover holiday every year and some are experiencing it for the first time. Passover is enjoyed by people of various faiths and beliefs because freedom is at the core of each of our stories. We lovingly acknowledge the diversity of our community and are deeply grateful for the support of those who open their hearts to learning about Judaism, no matter how big or small a part of it is in your day. Thanks for coming to celebrate Passover together. You’re in for a treat!
