Who We Are
Partnering with homeless individuals and families to build independent, successful lives.
With funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), JFS provides permanent supportive housing to formerly homeless men and women living with disabilities.
Our goal is to empower residents to secure permanent housing and overcome financial and functional barriers to thriving in mainstream society. Staff members conduct extensive outreach and provide intensive case management and supportive services to help program participants reach their goals.
